FEES & PAYMENT
My current fees are:
• Adult Counselling Session (50 minutes, Face-to-Face or Online): £50.00
• Supervision for Qualified Therapists (1.5 Hours, Face-to-Face or Online): £65.00
• Supervision for Trainee Therapists (1.5 Hours, Face-to-Face or Online): £55.00
Payment is due no later than 48 hours before the agreed appointment time unless otherwise agreed.
Fees may be reviewed periodically however reasonable notice will be provided of any fee change that may affect you.
CANCELLATION & NON-ATTENDANCE
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
• 48 hours or more notice: no charge
• Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee payable
• Less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance: full session fee payable
Any outstanding balances must be settled before sessions can take place.
If I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a mutually agreeable alternative appointment where available.
FITNESS TO ATTEND
Counselling sessions should not be attended whilst under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
If I believe that you are unable to engage safely or effectively in a session due to intoxication or impairment, I reserve the right to end the session and discuss alternative arrangements.
The session fee will remain payable.
